Went to appointment to establish a new pcp and get a referral for a new psychiatrist since I switched insurances. Just wrote a new prescription and did not give me any references. Needed a copy of my prescriptions and diagnosis for a job, refused to provide me with my own medical records.

DO NOT see this medical provider. She told my father he was dehydrated and prescribed him medication for dizziness despite him being extremely disoriented, showing Abnormally low blood pressure While he has been on BP medication the past 15 years, and numbness in one arm. Severe neck pain completely overlooked. My dad had a stroke a month later and it was revealed he was having “mini” strokes before with a tear in his vertebral artery. She misdiagnosed him AND neglected to include all information in the medical summary. She also said he was well-oriented even though his chief complaint was dizziness. Not to mention he falls into nearly all of the categories for patients at high risk for a stroke. She should not be allowed to practice medicine.

NO STAR. Do not waste you're time, your life could depend on it. I have apparent heart and cholesterol issues, when I had bad reaction to the medication, I immediately let her know. NO new medication to help lower cholesterol and triglycerides even though I have heart damage too. Including stopping a medication that absolutely must be weaned off of, which caused me even more medical problems. Please save yourself from the obvious issues she can cause you. I'm still suffering ttremendously.
