Donna Flynn was so direct, and quick to tell me of her achievement’s, and seniority within her position at the office, and other locations, and with her years in the field. This can’t be how clients are treated “everyone can have a bad day “. But after many visits I came to see that Donna Flynn was using her position to boss people, and maybe that made her feel important, idk. Move forward about six months or so, and I was seen for my apt. over the Telehealth video system for patients that cannot come in ( my situation was that I had just been told I had cancer). After that last scheduled video appointment, it was 11 days or so later, When I checked on time for my next follow up appointment for pain management , and was told ( I will not be seen again because my WC Insurances is no longer accepted, and that my only choice will be to pay out of pocket, and telling me that the cost would be over $250.00, and as much as $400.00 more if a urin sample will be needed ( and it probably will ) I was told. A third option is if I schedule a appointment with my PCP within the 17 days? (or i would be out of medication), also i would need a new referral for the pain management center. Follow up with scheduling a new appointment with Donna Flynn, or someone in the office that can hold the level of certification to treat patients, and after supplying my Medicare insurance so I can then be cared for. ! With any of these scenarios. Bottom line Donna Flynn had left me alone with absolutely no knowledge of my insurance not being accepted anymore, just by chance I called to checkup on my next appointment, and that’s how I found out.. they never reached out to inform this client of the plight I was in for, They never emailed, called, txted nothing just nothing at all. Nothing professional was done to assure that my care will not go uninterrupted. because Donna Flynn could have easily taken proper, and professional steps to arrange enough medication to allow me not to go through withdrawals until I could get proper care. *So when you ask would I recommend Donna Flynn? I think it’s clear this PA-C would never be recommend by me. Oh, and you ask about the staff? Well normally i would tell you the staff was nice, If only for the fact not one of them called to let me know my WC Insurance will not be expected next month ? If a stranger asked, I would tell them NO . So Donna Flynn is a big no for recommendation’s!!!
