Ms. Casada was very attentive, professional and put me at ease. She did an extensive exam, listened to me and offered multiple options to help with my issues, she made me a part of my healthcare. She followed up with each visit to ensure the treatment plan was working for me. I have referred many family members and will continue to refer anyone in need of a good family practitioner. I have worked with Ms. Casada for years and never felt my health was in better hands.

This lady is endangering patients health & quality of life with her poor treatment plans & lack of medical knowledge. Cutting back a patients years of BPH medications & medically necessary muscle relaxers with no reason. She is very inappropriate during her rectal exams & does not know how to perform a proper Digital Rectal Exam. Causing long term rectal pain & trauma. My father has reached out to the office manager & left reviews with no follow up. This provider needs to go & proper treatment needs to be provided to her patients.

She was very helpful in the beginning but after I became pregnant she had very odd conservative views. She seemed shocked that I was still working even though I have to have some income. She also lectured me about how I should breastfeed even after I told her I couldn’t with my first. She repeatedly told me that my baby was going to stop breathing because of the medication I was taking despite the fact that i told her several times my OBGYN said it was safe. She acted like I was lying and cared little for my mental health.

For quite a while I had been looking for a primary care provider and am so fortunate to have found her. She is so compassionate and kind and understanding. She has helped me through a time of tremendous grief and has been nothing but supportive and wonderful.

Always had great care from her! She makes you feel at ease and is so easy to talk to. Highly recommend her if you are looking for a compassionate, intelligent, and attentive primary care provider!

Donna has taken care of me and my family for years and is ALWAYS thorough and thoughtful. She is competent, caring, attentive, and has the absolute best personality. I trust her completely and have the highest faith in her ability to take great care of us!

Great person and professional nurse Gorgeous ,smart and she gives you that feeling of being saved that everything will go better .

She was great. Very personable and made me feel comfortable. I thought she had great bedside manner. I have been looking for a primary care physician and I will definitely be scheduling back with her for all of my needs.

Was so nervous about selecting a good provider for me, but as soon as I got to my visit with Ms. Casada she made me feel right at home. I have never had a more thorough health care provider then her. She actually took her time, and listened to any and ALL of my concerns . I am thankful for her, and will forever keep her as my provider as long as I can ! Thank you for everything Donna. I never leave reviews but I’m shocked at all the negative reviews. Ms. Casada treated me the last two years and was the only doctor at Ireland that helped me. She listened to my symptoms and found the cause. I’d recommend her to anyone.

She was my children’s medical provider for years, I loved her and my kids loved her! We only lost her as their healthcare provider because she moved!

I am not surprised to see other negative reviews about Casada. She was rude and uncaring. I went to see her twice for the same issue, with no results. I requested bloodwork and a physical, but Casada refused and treated me like I was asking for something she couldn't possibly do. I finally scheduled a third visit with a different doctor, and Casada showed up to my appointment instead! I was actually surprised to see that another review noted that she did this to them as well! She proceeded to scold me for reaching out for a second opinion. She told me "I've already spoken to my supervisor about you." I was astonished. Every patient should trust their instincts and do what is best for their health. Further, no health care professional should be afraid of a patient getting a second opinion, unless they know they did something wrong. Shame on you, Casada.

Just like another reviewer noted, she is extremely condescending. By far the rudest medical professional I have ever met. For my second visit, I was scheduled to be seen by a different NP, however Ms. Casada showed up to my appointment instead. Next time I will be sure to specify that I refuse to be seen by her again. Ireland health clinic needs to get her out of there.

I've worked in healthcare for over 15 years. I have never had a healthcare professional speak to me in such a condescending tone as a patient. I will never see this NP again.

If you have a cold or need a mammogram, she's fantastic. Anything beyond that, she is not able to handle.
