If there was a much lower rating, I would definitely select it. Contrary to the media spin he puts out about himself & this business, it's clear from my experience with this outfit that the "best interests of clients..." is the last thing he & his staff focus on. My attempts to communicate serious, unethical concerns to Mr. Sykes & Clinical Officers are repeatedly ignored. The lack of concern, by him & staff, are only causing further psychological damage as each day passes. Unconscionable!!

He is PsychBC's director. He is suppose to take complaints regarding the organization. He refuses to act as a professional and will never take a formal complaint nor does he ever contact you back, not even in writing. I had an issue with a doctor and tried multiple times to contact him by phone, email & in person to make the complaint. He enables the doctor that I had the complaint with & now months later this same doctor has multiple complaints because Donald Sykes refuse to act & correct it.
