I was referred to Dr.Palmers office from my daughter in-law. I’ve had back issues for 25+ years. We have kaiser health insurance and even had back surgery through them 8 years ago. We did some research and Were a little leery of a different kind of treatment but knew I did not want another back surgery. It was not cheap but my results were priceless, I stuck to their regiment and in a few weeks was on the mend. The staff was organized and professional. I could not have had a better experience

I highly recommend Dr. Palmer to anyone. My experience has been wonderful. I have finished my treatment and have started the home follow up at home. I had surgery 14 years ago and really didn't think I get my relief from his course. I'm in much less pain, sleeping better and am no longer depressed over my situation. Thank you Dr. Palmer and his staff for the great care they are still giving me. I call when I have any questions and they are very happy to help. Try this before surgery!!!

I was living with constant low back and cervical pain. I had exhausted all types of treatments both traditional and non traditional with only marginal and temporary results. Dr. Palmer offered me hope and the possibility of relief from my pain. He was very thorough and compassionate in discussing my condition with me. The results of the treatment far exceeded my expectations. I have no pain! Dr. Palmer gave me my life back! These treatments were a God send.

I started with Dr. Palmer on Apr 17, 2018 due to a rear end accident. I suffered from two degenerative disc in my lower lumbar. The treatment I received on the DRX9000 help relieve the pain I was having when I first enter his office. On a scale from 1 to 10 before treatment I was a consistence 9 with very intense back pain. The 5 week program, 4 days a week help bring my pain level down to a 2.5 to a 3 which has given much needed back pain relief. Highly recommend, Thank You!.

The Dr. prescribed a 6 week treatment program for me to deal with issues at L4/L5. About 3 weeks into the treatment I was experiencing significant relief from chronic back pain. At the conclusion of the treatment period I experienced greater flexibility and mobility than I had known in years. It was then I also realized I did not really know the extent of my pain and discomfort over the years.

Before I completed my treatment, I was already recommending patients with similar back issues to Dr. Palmer's office. Dr. Palmer genuinely cares about the pain and discomfort his patients experience. He has also made sure his team shows the same compassion for the people who visit their office. For as long as I have had to deal with debilitating back pain, Dr. Palmer and his crew are by far the most generous, caring, and professional team I have come into contact with in the medical field.

After writing my review Dr Donald Palmer called me personally to ask me to take my review down, even though I told the truth. The nerve to ask me to take my review down because it wasn’t favorable. Why I think people need to know what they are getting themselves into.

When I came in for my consultation, my back hurt too much to put my socks on. After the first week of treatment the pain began to subside. After that, my pain level seemed to go down a little each day. At the end of my treatment, I am essentially pain free and have my mobility back. Another plus is the friendly staff. This was a much better option for me than surgery. It was worth my time to go to the consultation to learn about the treatment.

I requested a morning appt and was granted it without objection; the office environment for the most part was quiet, calm and comfortable. The staff is knowledgeable, patient and courteous. I was either taken in early or at my exact time of my appt. Total trust was outstanding due to their experience and relevant info they shared. Providers listened patiently and addressed each medical condition with appropriate suggestions. They took time to explicitly explain to my level of understanding.

Just over a year ago everything changed for me. Rather than an episode of sciatica that went away this time it stayed. At age 74 I thought that I was going to have to just live with the pain as my medical provider physical therapy was no help. Fortunately I found Dr Palmer. After the first week of treatment the pain was nearly gone. Now almost a year later I am still able to resume normal activities with almost no pain. Thank you Dr Palmer

I went to Dr. Palmer 4 years ago after injuring my lower back and exhausting every treatment option offered by my back specialist, short of back surgery. I went from a level 10 in pain (constant for over a year) to a level 2 in pain after only 2 half-hour treatments. The pain was completely gone for two years after that first round until I re-injured my back. I did another round and the pain was gone. I'm starting my second year of maintenance and have not had any further back pain since.

For the last year I had been dealing with increasing neck pain. I would wake up without pain but by mid morning the pain would start and by afternoon I just wanted the day to be over so I could crawl into bed which was my only relief. I tried PT, massage & traditional chiropractic care and none of these gave me any relief. Within the first week of treatments with Dr Palmer I started noticing improvement and at the end of 6 weeks the majority of my days I was pain free. It still amazes me!!

Dr. Palmer treated me in the past. He specializes in Spinal Decompression to help patients avoid surgery. He is absolutely an expert in this treatment and has been at it over a decade. Few patients realize there is a solution for many disc injuries (beside surgery )they should try first, and spinal decompression is it. Dr. Palmer is not the least expensive and all I can say is you get what you pay for. His results are outstanding and his office is completely professional. He IS an expert.

I was very skeptical at first, but after the treatment my constant pain is gone. I still have to deal with some pain, but it is anywhere from 70-80% better than before. It is hard to believe that something like this would work, and for me it did. I see complaints of outrageous cost. You want professional services, you pay for them. I am a professional and a business owner. Myself and my consultants are $350/hour. We charge $2500 just to take a meeting. You get what you pay for. Bottom line.

Went for the phony weight loss. Spent over 3K, followed plan religiously and never lost an inch! I see he doesn't advertise that anymore. Never actually saw him. Only some guy in a white coat with a mini mohawk, who by the way grabbed what he thought was fat on my stomach that was actually a keloidal scar!
