Run Away! Run far far away! I am just over a month out of a halo brace. Which I had to wear four months as part of my recovery from 4 major neurosurgeries, the 1st of which was July 2021, the last 12/31/22 and left me in a coma for the first five days of 2022. Don had nothing to do with saving my life, nor was he the one who discovered the sheer extent of the damage. For that matter, neither did Dr. Charles Kollmer. No, that was me and a second from a different doc entirely. What Don did do was condescend and prolong my suffering. And suffer I did. From October 2020 until July 2021. This is what unprofessional abandonment of care looks like up close and personal. Shame on you

Absolutely horrible care, and Donald Huggard is clueless!! I went in after being evaluated at the ER over the weekend for a fall and breaking my wrist. On my first visit, he tells my it's my scaphoid bone - doesn't repeat the x-ray (4 days after going to the ER) and only uses theirs, stating it's "in line and fine". Followed up 1 week later with swelling still present, pain on the OTHER side of my wrist and still unable to move my fingers or thumb (9 days post fall). Xrays are taken, he says this time that the radius is broken, but it's "in line and fine"...denies saying it was a scaphoid fracture. Got angry when I asked questions, told me that "I needed to use my fingers", that "it's going to hurt bc i have a broken bone", I'm in the medical field and he got IRRATE that I was asking questions about what was happening, why the pain was in a different location if "everything's fine". I immediately went for a 2nd opinion. It's a DISPLACED fracture with a free floating piece on a nerve!

He has a great reputation in town. He has been here for 20 years and goes out of his way to explain things to you.
