We’ve had ABA before, and we’ve seen great providers and poor ones. It’s clear that Donnie does NOT know his stuff. He is also unreliable, both when making promises he doesn’t follow through on, and with appointments he doesn’t keep.
When he talks, he’s repetitive and condescending. It always feels like a used car salesmen’s pitch. Run away!
