Fallin was hired for one explicit purpose, that was to diagnose which parent was mentally ill. He downplayed the severity of the mother's MMPI diagnosis and rather belabored absolute unreliable hearsay about me. He misrepresented witness statements and omitted his determination that the mother had lied about child abuse and tampered with the child during the 730 Eval. My daughter got her wish to stay with her mom and now after 8 years is chronically depressed and sufferes from suicidal ideation.
