Discontinued meds didn’t tell me, can’t reach him
I recently got put on a medication in January. It is not a controlled substance and can’t be abused. I have taken it as prescribed everyday and it’s changed my life in the best way. It says I had two refills on the bottle before next year, my follow up appointment is not for another month. When I called to refill my medication 2 days ago, the pharmacy told me my doctor made that prescription inactive. I’ve called my doctors office 4 times since yesterday morning and cannot get a hold of anyone. It is extremely important I take this medicine every night or I won’t sleep and will end up having an episode which I can’t afford right now being a single mom and going through interviews to get promoted at work. This is terrible and I don’t know what I can do.
