Great doc! Super nice guy!
'Dr. C is incredible. Not only has he taken great care of my health, but he is also lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend becoming his patient!

Carl has been my PCP since I can remember. Always remembers me, my family, and generally care to ask how we're doing. One of the primary reasons why I go to Carl, simply put, he believes me when I say I'm not feeling good. In 2018 I tried to change PCP's to something closer since I live in SLC. Worse possible mistake, I felt like I was trying to make them 'believe' me. I knew at that point, Carl cared, a lot. Especially when I was having the weirdest of symptoms, he'd try his hardest, and when he couldn't, he'd refer me to a specialist. I've always been treated with respect when I visit. I have always felt comfortable talking about my problems with Carl, never have I shied away from details. As long as he's still practicing, I'll continue to go to him. Also, his MA's are the same way. Amber is caring, always gets back to me when I call and tries her hardest. It was unfortunate when Ogden Clinic did acquire them, but for the most part, it has been an okay change.

First, he goes by Carl (his middle name), not Don. He has been my family doctor since the late 90's. Quite simply, he cares about his clients. He frequently asks me how my wife is, and vice versa. He remembers when meds were changed, and asks how we are doing with the new ones. He often tells me if a specific course of treatment doesn't work, what the next few steps or treatments will be recommended. This allows me to do a little research ahead of the next appointment, enabling me to more engaged with my own treatment. I have been very pleased with him over the years

Carl is a great doctor, he is genuinely interested in you as a person and cares about you. He listens and has great practical advice as well as takes his time to make sure there are not other issues at work besides the one you went in for. I highly recommend Carl.

I know Carl from my days in the court system and due to several ER trip to the hospital. He always seemed professional. However my daughter had a very unprofessional meeting with him. He accused her of being a druggie. That could not be farther from the truth. Until you have dealt with her on a regular basis, you don't get to make that call. Take your police hat off. Her lengthy medical history ongoing since she was 15 with severe migraines speaks for itself.
