Skilled/Explains/Actually Cares
Excellent Doctor! I've had my experience with back and neck specialists over the last 10 years. Have tried everything but surgery. Dr. Alex is the best in skill and knowledge, but also the fact that he explains the goal of the stretch or exercise, and how to tweak it if need be. Having neck and back issues, more than often I have to tweak the exercise that other people can just do. He also doesn't just rush you through a bunch of stuff and say just do them, see you later. Highly recommend.
