I understand that all healthcare workers are stressed and exhausted during this pandemic, but Diane Whipple's behavior was unacceptable. Whether she is following company policy or just upset, it is unlawful to force patients to receive medical services that they do not agree to. I do not recommend her or Righttime Medical Care in Columbia, MD.
