I recently had a lithotripsy procedure done at Urology Associates and was left in a great deal of pain. After calling for 2 days in an attempt to get pain medication, I had the misfortune of speaking with Dianne whatever her last name is. One of the rudest people I have ever met. Basically spoke to me like I was an idiot and told me she wouldn’t be giving me any pain medicine bc my symptoms were normal. “Normal” it felt as though I had a bowling ball sitting on my bladder with the worst period cramps whenever I attempted to urinate. Would never EVER recommend this woman to anyone. Shes horrible and has ZERO bedside manner. Wish I could give negative stars.

My father was in great pain after surgery and she dismissed this saying it was due to his age and anesthesia. When asked why his blood pressure was so low she answered it was “outside her area of expertise”. When questioned about why anesthesia would cause pain her response was “Do you have any other questions? I have patients waiting.” She is the rudest, most unsympathetic medical person (I wouldn’t use the word professional) I have ever met. It was a disgusting experience and I would not recommend her to anyone. I complained to both the practice and Nuvance without the courtesy of a reply. Switched my father to Dr. Hesse at Yale. The level of care and empathy at Yale is outstanding and in complete contrast to Urology Associates, Diane St. Pierre and Doctor Manetti.
