Helped me
I've seen Diane for several years for anxiety talk therapy. I'm now firmly in "maintenance mode" and only see her a couple times a year. She gave me the space to work through the issues underlying my anxiety, perspective to reorient my thinking which greatly reduced my anxiety spins, and tools to deal with my anxiety when it arises. She's always been empathetic, compassionate, engaged, and professional.
