Brusk but competent. Had trouble referring to printed materials on the wall. On other hand, this visit was in a clinic where she was the only person there and over worked - doing reception, clinical encounter, and billing! Still, needs better eye contact and more professional tone.

This was a follow-up visit seeking a procedure which I had postponed at first opting to try self medication. Diane performed the procedure seamlessly and helped me in a very short time because of her expertise and efficiency. Again I experienced professional attention in a pleasant manner for which I am most grateful. She also was very thorough in explaining what preventive measures I should take in the future. Thank you, Diane!
