I'm a new heart patient and I had a follow-up appointment with Diane Hoover to discuss any concerns I had and to see how I was doing. I had several questions for her, but she only interrupted me and talked down to me. I never finished with my questions. I was very disappointed and it was very discouraging to myself and my family. I would not recommend Diane Hoover to anyone, unless they would enjoy going through the experience I just described.
