Never had I had to leave a review about somebody ever but this woman is way too nasty not to warn others. I had never seen her before until today for my annual. My other doctor left. I had gotten off of my birth control due to experiencing bad side affects like severe depression. I wanted to discuss but before I could even do that, I was made to feel completely judged for doing so. She couldn’t even introduce herself. The first words out of her mouth were “so are you trying to get pregnant or…” basically not trying to hear me out first. Couldn’t even say hello. She’s very cocky and makes you feel uncomfortable. I tried to be nice but I just wanted to cry and run. Would NEVER go back to her. It should be an option to give ZERO stars.

IDK where to begin. The other 3 midwives in this practice are wonderful and Diane is absolutely horrible. I saw her for my second prenatal apt and had a 4:15 apt. I didn’t see her until 6:00. I was furious. She didn’t introduce herself and just started asking me the same exact questions I was asked at my first prenatal apt. After she asked me the same questions and told me I could go upfront to make my next apt. No checking for a heartbeat. No ultrasound. Nothing. I never scheduled an apt with her again until my 37 week apt bc I wanted to give her another chance incase she is the provider on call when I go into labor and it ended up with me leaving in tears. I hate this woman. I will leave Jefferson and go to another hospital if she is on call when I go into labor. I’d rather a stranger deliver my first baby than her. She is rude, condescending, and not thorough. She made me feel horrible and judged me for wanting iv drugs and an epidural during labor. Do not go to her. Stay away.

10/10 would never ever recommend. The worst doctor I have ever had. I never leave bad reviews but this women definitely warrants one. No bedside manner whatsoever. She is rude, cocky, and condescending. Makes you feel completely uncomfortable. Doesn’t knock or shut a door for u to dress. Literally walked in door wide open as I was pulling up my underwear. Side steps around every question, offers no real solutions or help.Treats you like you like trash. Wish I would’ve done my research before going to her and saved myself the time and upset.

I have never been spoken to and treated so poorly by a doctor. She never explained any of my conditions to me, she left me to google my own issues instead of getting answers from a DOCTOR. She never answered any of my questions and looked at me like I was an idiot for asking. She gave me nothing but rude, snide comments and short answers to my health concerns and worries. I went to see her 5 times in a few months due to continuous issues and pain and she acted like she had no idea who I was each time and I was inconveniencing her by being there. I was so sweet to her b/c I was hoping she would be nice and see that I was asking for help but I got nothing but blank stares and an attitude. She scheduled appointments with me for times the office was closed, left me waiting by the phone and never calling when she said she would. I have left her office multiple times in tears out of frustration that she would not help me or answer any of my questions. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR!!!

take my word and keep away from this woman. i was there for an emergency appointment, so i was unable to see my usual provider. she didn’t knock before she entered the room, she was very short with me, did not shake my hand, i asked her what type of birth control was best to switch to that would less likely make me gain weight, and her response was, “uh, condoms.” i then tried to get myself into a more in-depth conversation, since “uh, condoms” wasn’t what i was really looking for. she then stared at me like i was stupid and gave me insensitive and short answers, i did not get any useful or helpful information out of her. never have i ever been treated like this by a medical professional. i smiled at her multiple times and said thank you during the visit to maybe get something nice out of her and she always looked back with a straight face. very rude and made me feel uncomfortable, does not deserve to have the job she does.

this lady is a complete idiot. She is rude and has has no bedside manner whatsoever. I saw her and knew I had a UTI she told me I didn't and maybe I was just suddenly allergic to pads and tampons. Assured me there was nothing wrong. Pain continued a week later the office called me that they got lab results and it was a UTI. Every time I dealt with her, she was completely incompetent.

I went to check up because it's been 8 weeks since my last period and i wanted to see what was going on. She walked in, slammed the door, threw the clipboard on the table and asked "what's wrong". I said my husband and i have been trying to have a baby since last year and i havent had my period. She basically told me im infertil without looking or running any tests. She said what were doing obviously isn't working its time to move on. She was unbelievably rude and so insensitive.

She delivered my first son and it was awful. She caused our baby a lot of stress that ended with a 10 day stay in the NICU. Throughout everything she was consistently rude. I was in labor for hours and she never checked in. I needed stitches after tearing badly, she did a horrible job (I needed it fixed later) and she stuck herself. I have visible tattoos and she quickly got upset and said she had to leave for a hep test ya know cause of the tats. Zero kindness. The whole thing was a nightmare

This woman was literally the nastiest medical professional I have ever met. She was rude and made snide comments. She did not ask any critical questions and she seemed very full of herself. When I explained that I had a problem with this woman to the office manager, the woman was very quick to take up for her and say that no one has ever complained. I am not surprised! Most people would just go to another office, but this woman is a bully and needs to be fired immediately!!!!
