Available to help with MIL's COVID meds after hour
My MIL tested positive late afternoon on a Friday. Her PA Diane Greenblatt took my call and immediately got her the right meds at the pharmacy. Our family appreciates Diane's attentiveness and responsiveness, checking the many meds my MIL is already on. It was frightening to hear a 92yo woman getting that diagnosis and Diane's calming confidence was a big comfort at that time.

The appointment with PA Greenblatt was undoubtedly my worst visit ever to a doctor's office. She didn't appear to have the patience to listen and she repeatedly talked over me. In addition, I was uselessly lectured about the dangers of a medication I have been taking for several years now. I am plenty aware of those. Her diagnosis defied common sense and directly contradicted what an MD had told me two weeks earlier. To boot, she failed to call in a prescription.

Diane Greenblatt was rude, dismissive, and clearly not paying attention to and of my concerns. This is the second time I opted to take an appointment with her over my Dr. The first time I saw her I had a similarly bad experience but I decided to try one more time owing to the fact the my regular Dr. was booked out 5 months. I wont be making that mistake again, I would rather wait 6 months, or just not get "care", than see Diane again.

Maybe I caught Dr. Greenblatt on a bad day. She made minimal effort to address any of my concerns. She was without doubt the least attentive health care provider I've ever seen. I raised concerns over a number of health issues with her. Without so much as asking for details or actually physically examining me at all, she shrugged off each and every one as probably something nothing could be done about. 10 minute appointment, no physical examination whatsoever, no treatment, $361 billed to my insurance company.

excellent! She took the time to addressed all my questions and concerns. She was friendly, professional and most of all knowledgeable about all my health issues.

Dr. Greenblatt did not take the time to introduce herself and was extremely dismissive of my concerns. She did not even ask me why I'd come to see her- she simply looked at the form I filled out and proceeded to give me a 30 second check up before leaving the room. Definitely one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a heath care professional.

Dismissive, careless, taints the PA credential. Working in healthcare myself, I respect PAs & NPs for their knowledge. My appt lasted 3 mins, most of which was me presenting my concerns. It was not a busy day at clinic; I would have appreciated more diligence. I did not get a reasonable workup of my problems, plus there were 2 items that warranted followup based on my chart (I forgot to remind her). This lack of attention to chart review is unacceptable and leads to drops in patient care.

First off I asked to see a doctor. Didn't know she was a physician assistant. Guess I should of thought something was up when she said she had to go talk to the other Doctors about my condition. I really feel I had things done to me that didn't need to happen. The other 2 Doctors I was sent to pretty much made me fell like I was right. Make sure you see a DOCTOR..not a physicians assistant. She doesn't listen either.I think someone needed a new car....

This person either chose the wrong field or was having a bad day when I saw her. In any case, she was not very compassionate and was seemingly judgmental and accusatory, all the while admitting she wasn't competent in the area of my chief complaint. I had to request my own lab work, which ended up proving my condition. I recommend seeing Dr. Black or another doctor at this location before ever seeing this person. No matter how quickly she can see you, don't do it---you may regret it.
