Condescending and at the same time incompetent. Kept trying to refer me out to a million specialists for GP concerns. TOTALLY inexperienced with cancer recovery. Sad, because I went to Donahue because I, too, went to UPenn but apparently the quality of practitioner my alma mater is producing has severely degraded.

Diane was exceptionally patient and understanding. She is a compassionate provider who cares about her patients' well being and is not just trying to rush them in and out. She is also is very sharp and attentive. She is adept at making connections to different symptoms, side effects and medications in an intuitive and knowledgeable manner. Yet, she appears to be the type of professional who will be honest if she does not know the answer to something, and will take time to look into it for you
