Unprofessional & rude
Completely rude from the start. Very judgemental and condescending. This lady shouldn't even be practicing medicine, she doesn't know what she is talking about at all. DONT GO TO THIS NURSE! Cleveland clinic- you should be doing better than this. Get rid of this nasty nurse ASAP, please.

Unprofessional and Incompetent
Ms. Dobrovic was condescending, rude and completely unprofessional during my visit to the Clinic. She was unable and or unwilling to treat the condition for which I sought care and actually left the appointment early without completing treatment. If I were her supervisor, I would immediately terminate her. At the bare minimum, this incompetent woman requires significant training in interpersonal skills and professionalism.
