I thought Gail Shorter was an amazing provider but absolutely cost prohibitive to return because she is an NP working out of the hospital and the hospital charges 10 times the amount of my copay. This charge would occur every visit. The hospital checks you in with pages and pages of documents and a charge of $337 for the paperwork. My calls to Dr Shorter's office were not returned when I called to clarify any options that may exist besides this price gouging by the Univ of MD medical system.
