No bedside manner. Both times my child saw her she was incredibly rude and dismissive and treated me like I hadn’t a clue about my child or about the medical profession. I’ve been a pediatric er nurse for the last ten years or so and have dealt with my kiddos complex medical issues since he was born in 2017.
I appreciate that her job is trying and draining and that we saw her towards the end of the day but if you have that little respect for other care providers and their kids what are you like to everyone else?
Please retire and give that NP spot to someone who wants to be there and wants to form lasting relationships with kiddos and their families.
