She is dirty, she seemes not to care about the patients. You ask her questions and she answers rudely and as you keep asking her she leaves the room not caring about you.. If I could put no star I would

More than a year ago, she did not know what was wrong with my child, lacked the competence and interest to accurately read blood work reports and thought my child was faking her illness. I continue to feel that Diana Drown was the catalyst to the loss of my child. Her lack of empathy and disregard for others at that time poisoned the staff and environment she worked in.
