Helpful and comforting
Telehealth
Due to my diagnosis with covid, she met me via telehealth. She was very helpful and cordial listening to my concerns and sharing her advice. She updated a prescription and requested a call back if my symptoms and condition did not improve. I was very thankful that she was able to meet with me remotely and she took the time to ensure I had a better understanding of what I needed to do to recover completely.

She was not
I visited with doctor and was given a shot and a prescription for back pain, I was told if that didn't work to come back, I left doctor a message and she showed very little concerned when I told her I still had pain, she did not have me go back in to do any test, she just said "I'm sorry you are still having pain" and left it alone, I was not satisfied with her at all.
