BEWARE....He lacks solid therapy skills. He is a social worker and not a psychologist. He does not have the counseling skills and adequate training to provide you with sound counseling advice. I found his statements very generic and cliche without taking the time to listen and understand your concerns and found his advice very irrational and unreasonable. For 5-6 sessions, all I was told was to sit and take deep breaths. So, take your time and find someone who is experienced and knowledgable.
