Exceptional!
My first contact was very pleasant. The front-desk assistants were pleasant, courteous, and knowledgeable. Ms. Fetzek was pleasant, personable, friendly, knowledgeable, caring, and calming, and went out of her way to inflict as little pain as possible during my procedure. I think I have finally found a home for all of dermatological needs.
