After requesting an appointment, I received several emails initially to complete some documentation prior to scheduling, which I completed. I then received a call from her secretary who seemed very confused about where my information had gone in the system. She repeated at least 10 times the phrase, "this is so weird...", which was a complete waste of my time, but I listened and asked if there was anything else I needed to complete prior to my scheduled session, and she said, "no". The secretary confirmed my address and contact phone number, and I asked again if there was any additional information needed from me, again, she stated, "no". She confirmed my appointment date and time. I received an email confirmation with the Telehealth link 3 days prior to my appointment, and a text reminder two days prior. The day of my appointment, I receive an email 56 minutes prior to the beginning of my session stating I needed to be rescheduled bc I didn't complete all the necessary docs. BS!
