Mrs. Bomono treated my mother last week for a bad case of asthma and bronchitis. My mother has been suffering from her ailments for many many years and she knew exactly what she needed when she asked her for antibiotics. Instead of Mrs. Bomono trying to understand the authenticity of her request, she rudely told her how she was not a doctor meaning "she was the Dr. therefore she knew better". The audacity to be so rude to a patient and not listen to their real problems is beyond comprehension.
