I'd give a this office a negative rating, if I could. Terrible service. I cancelled an appointment in Jan 2015 and was charged a "late cancel" fee. However I spoke to someone in the office and explained the therapist wasn't working for my son and we wouldn't be back. They said they would adjust the fee. Much to my surprise, 2.5 years later I was sent to collections for a $35 fee. Collections! I called and was told by the office "there was nothing they could do."

Baume Psychological services is a joke. Paid full session price...received 20 minutes of session and referral to someone else. % fees to run a credit card?! Just stay away.

Dr. Baume was wonderful with my son. My son was nervous at first and after the session he kept talking about how much he loved talking to Dr. Baume. I appreciate the communication he has with me and how he has my sons best interest at heart.
