Cold and uncaring
Dennis refused to help with my prescription because he did not write it. He refused to look at the issue, refused to call the PA that wrote the prescription nor would he involve Dr. Johnston. I straight out asked him, you would rather not help me and I won't have my medicine until the following week when my PA comes back. He said yes. I have been a patient there for over 20 years. His lack of compassion or willingness to help was beyond comprehension.

I’ve been going to him for years, he’s always friendly and professional. I usually do not like male doctors providing care for me, I feel very comfortable with him. Listens to what you have to say. Does NOT give pain killers out like candy, which to me, means he actually cares about his job and patients. Tells you point blank what is going on.
