I've been seeing Denise for several years. One of her best traits for me specifically is that in every session since she knows my personality, she can take my current issues/state of mind and adjust the session to help me with my goals, needs and/or emotions. You're not just the "next patient". She really, really cares. I just can't say enough about how good Denise is and I am so thankful I found her.

Thank Goodness I found her. What an incredible therapist. I have had several before in which it felt too stiff, too forced and too much of the how do you feel statements. Her sense of humor put me immediately at ease. I finally understood my diagnosis, treatment and plan of action. She doesn't talk above you. Incredibly compassionate.

I felt an instant comfort and connection with Denise. She quickly learned my techniques for stalling and avoiding subjects and calls me out on them and doesn't let me get away with it. She's down to earth and pulls no punches with me, which is exactly what I need. I have much respect for Denise. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for a counselor. Wouldn't know what to do workout her.

With the severity of my condition and my inability to trust I fooud it very difficult to find a therapist that I felt comfortable to work with. After just meeting Denise i felt the connection that I needed to be comfortable to be fully open up to Denise in order to start the long journey...

If it wasn't for Denise, I am not sure I would be here right now. Her sense of compassion and ability to break things down for me allowed me to heal after the death of my father. I actually looked forward to going to see her. I always left with more knowledge, ideas and motivated to do the hard work. Her sense of humor and down to earth nature was just what I needed.

I have worked with Denise extensively and would recommend her to anyone who wants to make positive changes in their life. She provides a safe atmosphere to help her clients make needed decisions for themselves. She doesn't just listen or tell her clients what they want to hear - she connects with them and gently guides them through the hard parts and joyously celebrates the easy parts.

I felt a instant connection with Denise the first time i met her she is the right fit and exactly who i needed to have as a councelor. I have and will trust Denise with my mental health. I have been going to Denise for over a year and a half. She has and continues to help me through dark and difficult times. Would recomend her in a heartbeat to anyone who needs help. Thank you Denise for everything.
