Yesterday I picked up my daughter early from school and drove an hour for our appointment. There was construction and parking was difficult so I phoned the office and was put on hold. I then parked and went to the office. We waited and waited for over an hour.Everyone was called but us. So we left and the lady gave me a discount ticket for parking. It was not a discount and we still paid. I really wish the office would have told me about the parking and Dr Lag! I wish I could bill them!
