Denise Brodock-Nicotera, MS

During my first appointment Denise spent more than 1/2 the session reviewing my paperwork in the system. She suggested I read "The Body Keeps the Memory" (the book is "The Body Keeps the Score"). When I asked if that is what she meant she said no but encouraged me to read the book I stated as well. She did not appear to be listening during my session. During my second appointment she demonstrated her lack of preparation and professionalism by writing an email during my session. Both sessions were via telehealth and each time she was not dressed in professional attire and the background visible was highly distracting and lacked confidentiality. She may be helpful to people who have not graduated high school or have cognitive weaknesses. Patients beware.
