do not want to give this lady even one star! I would not recommend her to my biggest enemy. She was unprofessional, disrespectful and a waste of time. She started out extremely rude and when I asked her to calm down she started being overly nice. She never let you ask a question or speak. She talked continuously. Rude. Was telling me to hit the button even if I don't hear anything very unprofessional person

I do not want to give this lady even one star! I would not recommend her to my biggest enemy. She was unprofessional, disrespectful and a waste of time.
