Not helpful. Discussed astrology and enneagrams with my child instead of providing any useful techniques to deal with anxiety. Despite advertising online as using cognitive behavior therapy, she admitted in person to not being qualified to do so. Often late, changed appointment without notifying parent, made no real connection with my child and in fact, made matters worse. Inexperienced and not particularly warm or welcoming. Steer clear.
