Unprofessional and not even good!
After experience with multiple counselors, I don’t think that she is effective or able to really connect with clients. But my biggest issue with her is her unprofessionalism — she has started every session around 20 minutes late, she even has said that she can only talk for 15 minutes AND STILL BILLED INSURANCE, and she does not respond to emails. Back to her counseling - it was awful to make it through a session because she does not stop talking and repeating herself. I would have to interrupt her just to get a word in. She rambles on, oblivious to what you actually came in to talk about and work on. I’ve never had a counselor that was so terrible at asking questions and listening. I left every session frustrated and without any help for my actual issues. I strongly do not recommend her!!!
