Front desk woman was so disrespectful and was just sitting on her phone. The woman who took me to my room barely even spoke english and was bossy and disgusting. Kittilsen rushes through the whole procedure and honestly it was painful for me just to refill birth control. I recommend planned parenthood 100% over her.
