I without a doubt would recommend Debra to anyone who is in need of nutrition/diet education. She really listens , is patient and explains everything in detail. She does what is needed for you. One patient is not just another patient to her. She is very knowledgeable in her field. My whole life and health changed for the better after meeting with Debra. She has taught me all the tools, information that I needed to be healthier after being diagnosed with Diabetes Type 2.
