Dr. Debby saved my vision!
I thought I was going blind. I had been to many eye doctors, optometrists. I heard she was the best. She is. I can see. She took me out of my progressives and put me in prism lens' to manage my light sensitivity issue and BVD. I can see now. I can drive at night. I don't feel like I am going to fall when I am looking down.

Stroke gave me double vision. Recommended by my doctor to see Dr Feinberg. If any complaint asked to fill out extremely long survey. Staff friendly. When they found out I was an engineer both doctor and staff would explain each test which helped me to know how to respond. Very happy with my experience and would recommend them especially to people with my condition. Also I filled my prescription there. As eyes improve won’t charge me for new lenses. A1

Dr. Debby Feinberg is incredibly caring, spends so much time explaining things and trying to understand you individually. While her specialty is prism glasses, she determined that I had an inner-ear problem, not a vision problem. She went way above and beyond what was necessary to make sure that I left her office feeling confident that I knew what was likely going on. She did a referral to an ENT who specializes in the inner ear and corrected the glasses that I had at the time. She rocks!!!!

Prisms have been around for over 100 years for eyeglasses. Dr. Feinberg has a questionable diagnostic method, which in my case resulted in an inappropriate prescription. Dr. Feinberg is an optometrist. Ophthalmologists generally are an excellent resource for a prism prescription. They are generally available in all communities.

Unbelievably BAD experience. The technology and concept is a 5. The staff!? The worst staff I have come across in decades. All of them avoid, avoid, avoid if there is any issue, change, bad news, etc to deliver. You have to hound them and then they still dont do what you ask of them. No return calls ever. They would just let an account go dormant if you didn't call... Now theres a commitment to the customer's health if I ever saw one

I have absolute trust in Dr Feinberg with my eyes. She explained everything to me, and was not finished until she saw that I was completely comfortable and satisfied with the exam and the lenses. She was extremely thorough and extremely patient with the very extensive exam. She left nothing to chance. She is the ideal doctor, meaning caring, compassionate, experienced, knowledgeable, explains things, patient and patient minded snd focused on what we needed, not cutting the appointment short.
