Staff was friendly and professional. FNP spent time explaining what my medications are for and how they work. Answered all my questions. I did not wait long even though they were busy.

She's nice enough and seems like she wants to help figure out what's going on with you, but the staff is atrocious here. They argue in front of patients, aren't very friendly and don't have their stuff together. I like NP Wood, but the staff is something else.

Everyone was so nice and polite. Where I was going before was so unprofessional and never did help me in the 7 months I went there. Dr. Wood and her staff are already looking into past medical records for me and treated me like a real person. Thank you to the staff. Even my day care worker commented to me about how nice they were. Debra Clough
