Without asking me, she ordered expensive equipment for me that I already had. Completely ignored what I told her on at least two occasions

So I’ll admit that my insurance is difficult no doubt. However, I went over some reactions I’ve been having from a medication she put me on, she won’t hear me out and asks me how I know it’s a reaction to the medication but I had been on it before and was taken off of it because of my reaction of rash. she has refused for a month now to address it because she doesn’t believe me but its my own body and they are always telling you to advocate for your care and I think I know when I’ve been through it before. She has left me completely without meds twice for a week. She is simply an irresponsible PA.

NP Vliet provided terrible care for my daughter. She went into the clinic with an abscess and in excruciating pain. She numbed my daughter and said she will be back shortly to drain it. She came back into the room and said she’s not draining it. When asked why she snapped bc she’s “not comfortable” draining it. No other explanation. She sent her out of there and told her to see a specialist the following week. She was in severe pain we went straight to lakeland ER they we took great care of her

Her offices should be closed. Didn't listen to issues, made poor recommendations, and caused more problems than anything else. Have since found another office and now have an A1c that hovers around 5 .

Deb has basically saved my life from diabetes complications. I was almost 10 a1c and now I'm under 6. She is so helpful and so thorough. I would recommend her to anyone as she takes her time to figure out the problem and follows up. She really wants to see you get better and she takes the effort to keep you on track. Her office staff is very efficient and if there's a problem they will take care of it right away. I hope she never leaves because I will have to follow her.

She is not a true Dr. of Endocrinology but a Nurse Practitioner. She and her staff were horrible, disrespecting, and in many ways were unprofessional. Would never recommend to others. Have since switched to another doctor's office and FINALLY getting the treatment I needed to improve my health.

Felt dis-respected & condescended to. Not newbie to diabetes, but treated like I knew nothing. Assumed I wasn't controlling condition. I relocated to this area, & was trying to find new endo. No Endo at this clinic, she is a NP. She didn?t like the protocol my prior Endo Doc had established which worked & started switching meds completely around, before getting AIC & reviewing prior records.I wanted to keep what was working & adjust when needed, not start from scratch.
