Did not explain anything, instead proceeded to shame me as if I was a noncompliant diabetic. She was very prideful and the way she treated me was just very bizarre. This was my 1st time meeting her, as I am a fairly new diabetic, but I am extremely disappointed as I am fairly young and in good shape, she looked at me and said "what do you expect me to do for you, your pancreas is dying". One good thing - the office staff was very friendly.
