My experience with Deborah Orlan-Marcus has been excellent! I had purchased hearing aide from another practice, but due to a change in my insurance needed to find a new audiologist. At the time of my first visit with Deborah, my hearing aids were in need of repair and close to non-functional. Deborah spent a great deal of time with me, testing my hearing, adjusting the aids, and reaching out to the manufacturer to solve my problems. Her efforts were above and beyond anything I could have expected. I feel that she is one in a million, not only highly skilled, but also one of the kindest, most caring people I have ever met.
