I was pleased to find this program listed as a Tricare network provider. However, Deborah, who has been having difficulty with the insurance company first told me that I would have to pay up front and submit the claims to Tricare myself. I refused, telling her that Tricare would not accept a patient's claim and would therefore not reimburse me. She then told me that I would have to pay up front and when Tricare paid her, she would reimburse me. When I refused again, explaining that it was her re
