Doesn’t care about her patients

Treated me as her patient multiple times and so I scheduled my new appointment with her. I had cleared my schedule and waited a long time for this appointment. Today, 45 minutes before my appointment started I received a call from her receptionist saying “Deborah wants me to inform you that she can’t see you because you are not her patient” this is because I had been seen by another doctor at this practice as well but makes no sense at all because she has seen me multiple times. I assure you all reading this that someone who cares about the health of their patients would never cancel 45 minutes before an appointment for a silly unrealistic reason. Unbelievably cruel, unprofessional, and careless behavior.
