A True Healer !!!
Deborah Galligani knocked my socks off! I went to her to see if I had ADHD.I do not. She pegged me as being driven and although it took me time to get used to that diagnosis it absolutely fits. She has helped me and continues to. I suggested my husband see her. He was seeing someone he was “used to” and it became a social visit that wasn’t helping him improve. He went to Deborah and now we are both blessed to have her in our life. I believe she is one in a million. She is not our first but definitely we are not going anywhere else. Why would we?

The absolute best. Because of her I am married today and feel like a different person than I did the first 30 years of my life. I am so thankful for her. Her methods can be confrontational, but that has benefitted me more than any therapy I have ever tried. My husband also loves her and is happy to go to therapy with me because of how effective she is

She has literally been a Godsend for my family and am sad to see such negative reviews. I met her about 11 years ago and she truly has changed my life! I went to see her initially for family therapy and now see her both with my spouse and by myself. She has helped transform my relationships in the most positive way. It’s like these other reviewers saw a completely different therapist. I have referred several friends to her and they have all loved her!! Please trust this review. It’s true she can be late at times but to me it is absolutely worth the wait and if she’s busy helping others as she often helps me beyond my allotted time, it’s no wonder that she tends to be a bit behind. I have never regretted a session with her and hope you have the same transformative experience.

I saw Ms. Galligani for a couple years, weekly. I needed support during difficult times and she was supportive and encouraging, although not the best therapist I'd been to. The last year I saw her she started running late for our sessions. It became a pattern, but I continued seeing her. I was beginning to question her professionalism and was thinking about ending my therapy with her. The last session I had, without warning, she told me she could not see me anymore due to insurance issues. She told me I would need to pay cash for any future visits. Then she asked to to fill out a few questionnaires needed for her "audit". These were questionnaires I should have filled out when I started seeing her. I did benefit to some degree from seeing her, but it turned out that she was unprofessional at best and self-serving.

I don't think I have ever went out of my way online and reviewed anyone. But, this woman should not be a therapist. I went to her twice and the feeling I got after leaving her was pretty indescribable. She was so rude and had a way about her that did left me feeling worse than when I arrived. She wasted most of my time by asking having me fill out the kaiser survey, which I found out is suppose to be filled out before and not part of the appointment. Also, she discussed my answers with me, told me my score ! that is not what I wanted to talk about. She made me feel like I was lucky to be in her office, when I was paying her! Awful experience, I wouldn't refer her to anyone.

She was incredibly condescending during our initial phone call. I asked her to describe her approach to therapy and what to expect during a session since I've never gone to therapy before, and her response was to ask if I've been to her website and then comment that my question was weird for someone who's never been to therapy. She came off self-absorbed and preachy and spouted off things for me to "chew on" before hanging up. Wouldn't recommend her to anyone looking for a therapist with empathy
