Deborah Darby, LCSW-C

Ms. Darby has been my AODA therapist, spiritual advisor, mentor, mindfulness guru, and above all, she has been a change agent in my life. Ms. Darby has equipped me with enough life skills to accept myself for a thousand lifetimes, after coming to her completely broken. She has encouraged me to sit with life’s biggest questions and allow myself to the time to catch up. I would absolutely NOT be here today without Ms. Darby, my teacher, walking beside me. The best way to learn who you truly are is to surround yourself with authenticity. I have yet to meet a more authentic and alive woman in my life that compares to my teacher. She is exactly where she should be… if service to others offering loving-kindness in a non-judgmental and compassionate spirit.
