I was charged 115.00 for a missed appointment, even though she was given 10 working hours before the scheduled appointment. she had informed me that she has an ongoing call list to refer to for cancellations to fill her schedule. Since I was a new patient, I thought maybe she could waive the cancellation fee, since my cancellation was due to an unforeseen emergency. I definitely do not want to work with someone so inconsiderate, since I originally sought her for help, she only made my problems worse and made me not want to seek any other professional help.
