Interactions with staff - Difficult to schedule (call waits often 1hr+) - Not responsive (over 10 calls, over 10 emails, each addressing they will answer questions soon. When I did finally receive a response - impressively short, does not address concerns & questions, dismissive. Interaction with Deanna: - In-person: Short, almost robotic - Not in-person: Chooses only to communicate via staff. Staff interaction are... stressful, burndensome to say the least. Would recommend you keep looking.
