Dr. Dawn Lowe, PHD

I’ve had nothing but issues with Dawn Lowe & the reception staff. Dr. Lowe was always late for sessions and would cut into “my” time to get herself back on schedule.The reception staff disclosed information that shouldn’t have left their facility to another facility regarding WHY they wouldn’t return my phone calls.Reason: “I missed 2 appointments”.•One being I walked out 20 minutes after my appointment time waiting in the waiting room because I didn’t knock on the window that clearly states “do not knock”.•Second appointment was missed because I had to go inpatient and was held during my appointment time.They wouldn’t return phone calls after numerous voicemails from me, but answered and spilled their guts and reasons to another medical provider who then disclosed why my calls weren’t being returned.Doesn’t leave you with a good feeling when these people are supposed to support you and have your best interests.Steer clear from this place.
